1. Acceptance

By accessing or using WheelBazar (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, stop using the Service immediately. These terms apply to the website at wheelbazar.com and the WheelBazar mobile application.

2. What WheelBazar is

WheelBazar is a platform that connects buyers and sellers of second-hand goods within the UAE. We do not buy, sell, or own any listed items. We are not a party to any transaction between users. All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or post listings. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your account

Your account is tied to your mobile phone number. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. Keep your phone number and verification codes confidential. Notify us immediately at support@wheelbazar.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Listings and content

When you post a listing or any content, you confirm that:

• You own or have the right to sell the item.
• The description and photos are accurate and not misleading.
• The item is legal to sell in the UAE.
• You will not post the same item multiple times or across multiple categories.

You may not post:

• Weapons, drugs, or controlled substances.
• Counterfeit or stolen goods.
• Adult content or anything illegal under UAE law.
• Financial products, services, or investment offers.
• Spam, misleading listings, or fake reviews.

6. Transactions and payments

WheelBazar does not process payments. All payments are arranged directly between you and the other party. We strongly recommend meeting in a safe, public location and inspecting items before payment. We are not responsible for any losses arising from transactions conducted through the platform.

7. Offers

The offer feature within the app allows buyers to submit price proposals. An offer is not a binding contract. Either party may withdraw without obligation until a physical exchange of goods and payment occurs.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system.
• Use the platform for any commercial or business-to-consumer selling at scale.
• Circumvent any safety or spam detection mechanisms.

9. Content removal and account suspension

We may remove any listing and suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We may also remove content that we believe poses a legal or safety risk, even if it does not clearly violate these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

WheelBazar and its logo are our trademarks. The platform's design, code, and content (excluding user-generated content) belong to us. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content as part of operating the Service.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties about availability, accuracy, or the quality of listed items. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user or the outcome of any transaction.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WheelBazar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses from transactions, scams, or data loss.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
